We start Whole30 tomorrow! I’m super excited, yet I dread it a little. In preparation, my husband and I will be taking a few measurements before starting Whole30 tomorrow.
The men will take a calf measurement, too.
We are fortunate to have 2 refrigerators. I reserve one for mostly fruits and veggies. The other one holds meat, leftovers, and deli type items. My fruit and veggie fridge is stocked in preparation for tomorrow!
Spaghetti squash were 2/$2 at Sam’s yesterday, so I stocked up!
I have acetaminophen and ibuprofen out, ready to combat the body aches and headache that I anticipate having by Monday morning.
Today I cooked 15 lb. of roast, then divided it into 3 parts, one part for dinner tonight, one part will be made into chopped barbecue tomorrow, and the last part will go in the freezer for a rainy day.
