I had an interesting realization a couple of days ago. If you follow me here on the blog, you know that this last year has brought huge changes in my life. I went back to college after 20 years. For the first time ever, my kids have taken on extra-curricular activities (joined 4-H: 3 are doing Robotics and 3 are doing Rifle). The two oldest have taken on part-time jobs, meaning that I don’t have their very capable, almost adult hands to help at home every day any more. We joined a homeschool co-op and the kids take classes all day every Monday. Early this year I committed to blogging weekly, then twice each week. I met my goals for the first quarter of this year! Last, I joined the leadership teams for 2 moms groups and teach them almost every month.

When I look back over the last 11 months, I am shocked to realize how much I have accomplished! If you would have asked me to take on anything extra 2 years ago, my answer would easily have been no. I was tired. I had a house full of kids (1700 square feet + 8 kids = a house FULL). Life was stressful. Why did I go back to school and take on all these extra activities? I realized yesterday that the timing for these huge changes in life just “happens” to coincide with when I began taking Plexus supplements.
I tell people all the time that taking Plexus supplements is about more than just helping restore physical balance to your body. When your physical health is better, you feel better emotionally! I used to be the weary, stay-at-home mom to 9 kiddos, striving just to make it through each day (forget smiling!). I would never had taken on so much 2 years ago! Now, I am the happy mom to 9 kiddos, taking on a full-time job (Yes, friends, I am taking on this Plexus thing full time!), starting school to become an integrated nutrition coach in 2 weeks, and I still homeschool the munchkins. When you feel good, you are able to do amazing things!
