Grass Fed Beef was one of the first foods my family ate when we started our journey to healthier living 10 years ago. Unfortunately, as our family has grown in size, our consumption of beef has dropped. We just couldn’t afford organic or grass fed beef prices. Price sharing has changed all of that. Our 2nd Little Red Farm Stand Grass Fed Beef Buy is now open.
Source – Jeffrey Earl
Order Period – May 30-June 2 (midnight). Little Red Farm Stand members get first pick, but I will open the order up to everyone if we haven’t sold the full calf by June 1. Beef can be picked up at both the Floresville and San Antonio drops.
This buy is structured similar to our produce buys. I have estimated what I think we will have available from the calf, but do not know actual quantities yet. I will fill orders in the order they came in. If you are one of the last people to order, it is likely that you may not receive all the items you ordered. Or, the best case scenario is that I will post additional items for sale.
Also, like our produce orders, prices will fluctuate a little after I pick up our order. I estimated prices conservatively, so they will most likely drop.
Our order will come wrapped in butcher paper. Having our order shrink wrapped and labeled would cost an additional $.25-.30 per pound, so I opted not to have it done.
Payment is required at the time of the order. You can pay via PayPal (add 3% for PayPal processing fee) or bring payment to my home.
Pick up date and time will be within one week after placing our order. Our calf has already been slaughtered. I will give the Mr. Earl the go-ahead to finish processing as soon as I have received all of our payments.
Details-Our calf is 17-18 months old and, due to our great south Texas weather, has been exclusively grass fed. Mr. Earl’s calves receive absolutely no grain supplements and no hay. Calves do have free access to salt and trace minerals.

As always, if you have any questions, let me know.
